Recover your activation
Paid already but lost the activation page or code? Do not buy again. This route verifies the original purchase and, when enabled, emails a short-lived recovery link to the purchase address.
What recovery does. It does not reveal your old activation code. A verified recovery link replaces any still-unused activation code with one fresh code. Your paid licence stays attached to the original purchase.
1. Request a recovery email
No recovery request has been sent.
For privacy, RigWave gives the same public response whether or not the details match a paid purchase. If they do match, the recovery email goes only to the stored purchase address. The link expires after 30 minutes.
2. Create one fresh activation code
Your email recovery link has been recognised in this tab. The secret has already been removed from the browser address bar.
