Before you buy

The important points without the small-print maze.

Checkout/provider reconciliation is a separate release gate. Prices on this staging site are planned RigWave customer offers. The payment-provider catalogue, webhooks, switches and legal bindings must match the approved website offer before checkout is enabled. This website package does not change Stripe or Supabase.

Who sells RigWave

Gary Woodward, sole trader, trading as RigWave Streaming Systems. Trading, business correspondence and service address: 6 Adlington Drive, Northwich, Cheshire, CW9 8BP, United Kingdom. Contact: info@rigwavesystems.co.uk. The owner has expressly authorised publication of this address for RigWave customer, pre-contract and invoice purposes.

RigWave Streaming Systems is not currently VAT registered according to the current project record. VAT is not currently added separately; the amount shown before payment is intended to be the total price payable. This tax position must be rechecked before live sales.

Who can buy

V1.0 launch is planned for customers aged 18+ in the UK, with prices in GBP and the total payable amount shown before payment.

One PC

A trial or paid licence is for one licensed PC. Legitimate Windows or hardware changes can use supported device resets. Two self-service resets are planned per rolling 12 months, with further resets reviewed by support.

Annual

£99 for 12 months. It does not renew automatically. You get a 30-day renewal reminder and keep access to the exact expiry date.

Monthly

£11.99 each month, auto-renewing until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps access to the end of the paid period. The checkout path is prepared but remains server-locked until release approval.

Founder

The first 100 successful paid Founder customers share one combined allocation across Founder Yearly and Founder Monthly. Founder Yearly is £79 for the first 12 months. Founder Monthly is £8.99/month for the first 12 paid months, then £11.99/month.

Planned Founder benefits: priority support, early beta access and Founder badge/profile recognition; any public showcase is opt-in. Ordinary cancellation does not create a second Founder place. A full refund that removes Founder status may recycle a place where the final rules allow it.

FOUNDER AVAILABILITY • PRE-LAUNCH Founder availability will appear when checkout opens Private beta will not require payment. Founder places will be shown when paid checkout opens.

When checkout opens, the counter will show the remaining places from the shared allocation of 100 paid Founder customers. A place may become available again after a refund or removal of Founder status only where the final rules allow it.

Trial

The trial is intended to be 7 days on one licensed PC, with no payment card and no automatic conversion or charge. A website-first paid customer receives a one-time activation code only after RigWave receives signed Stripe payment confirmation; the readable code is then consumed when that PC is activated.

Invoice and durable confirmation

After a live purchase is lawfully enabled and verified, the customer record is intended to preserve the actual plan, price, billing/renewal model, seller identity/address, applicable legal versions and immediate-supply/cancellation acknowledgements. Current staged invoice/durable-confirmation template: RIGWAVE-INVOICE-CONFIRMATION-C2-DRAFT. Full card details, secret keys and internal security evidence must never appear in the customer copy.

Lost activation recovery

If a paid customer loses the original success tab or activation code before use, the prepared recovery route verifies the purchase reference and purchase email, sends a short-lived link to that stored address, and replaces any old unused code with one fresh code. Do not create another charge. This route remains unavailable until automatic purchase email and recovery-service testing is complete.

Updates

RigWave checks for updates automatically, but normal installation remains user-approved. Public support covers the current version and one previous version.

Third-party changes

Windows, streaming platforms, DJ software and drivers can change. RigWave cannot promise permanent compatibility with every future third-party version. Major new versions may be marked “compatibility under verification” while they are retested.

Consumer-law release checks

Before public checkout opens, the final purchase journey must provide the required pre-contract information in a form the customer can keep, make any required standard cancellation form available where a cancellation right exists, and obtain any legally required express agreement/acknowledgement before immediate digital supply begins. Recurring Monthly plans also carry a dated future-law check for the new UK subscription-contract regime, which the UK Government announced on 9 August 2026 is intended to commence in January 2027; exact commencement and secondary rules must be checked again before recurring subscriptions open.
