Your data rights
A clear route to ask what we hold and what can be corrected or removed.
Requests you can make
- Ask for access to or a copy of personal data.
- Ask for inaccurate data to be corrected.
- Ask for deletion where applicable.
- Ask for restriction of processing where applicable.
- Object to processing where the law gives that right.
Identity checks
We may need to verify identity before releasing or deleting customer, registration or licence information so that another person cannot use a rights request to access your data.
Response time
RigWave will aim to respond to valid data-rights requests without undue delay and within the applicable legal time limit, normally one calendar month. Lawful extensions, exemptions and retention duties may apply.
