Manage the level of your live stream and reduce clipping risk.
Genre Master Out helps you manage the live outgoing sound your audience hears. It uses the Output Master component in OBS; Genre Master Pro is the separate workflow for recorded tracks and mixes. Measure useful level, protect headroom and keep clipping from becoming part of the set.
What it does
Genre Master Out checks the supported outgoing OBS music path for level, clipping risk and other measurable conditions. Where the evidence supports it, the workflow can guide or apply protected changes with verification. Bigger meter numbers are not the goal.
Why it matters live
The audience only hears what survives the final chain. A powerful source can still reach them clipped, brittle or flat. The job here is to let the energy through while protecting the loud moments.
Simple flow
- Confirm the supported OBS music path.
- Measure the outgoing sound.
- Read what RigWave found and why it matters.
- Use the supported setup/apply route, then verify the result.
V1 target. Final proof still requires the exact Windows version loading the component in real OBS, attaching it to the right music source, measuring the result and proving backup/restore and no-clipping behaviour.

This development capture shows the underlying Output Master component used by Genre Master Out. The older component label remains visible in this historical screen. Final in-OBS proof will replace this with a fresh capture from the exact Windows version.
VISUALISER · OBS DOCK WORKFLOW
Visualiser in the OBS dock
The intended customer route is deliberately simple. You should not need to wire scripts, DLLs, browser sources or manual audio tracks just to make the visualiser react.
- Open OBS. Go to Docks → RigWave Output Master.
- Choose Visualiser. RigWave checks the current licence and available visualiser data.
- Choose a look. Pick the supported layout you want to use.
- Add it to the current scene. The intended route should create or connect the supported visual source for that scene.
- Play music and check it moves. Use the OBS mixer and a short recording to confirm the selected live source is the one driving it.
Current status. Source/package support exists, but the current Windows installer, real licence path and live OBS/audio behaviour still require exact field acceptance. This is not a customer-download claim.
Top tips
- Confirm the intended music source meter moves before showtime.
- Watch for duplicate monitoring or system sound entering the mix.
- Make a short test recording and listen.
